原因
アカウント作成から4か月ほどリポジトリの作成やコミットを行わなかったことによるスパム判定。
私が行った/行っていること

  1. プロフィール設定から私のプロフィールが非表示でないことを確認
  2. Githubサポートチケットは

サポートへのお問い合わせが多いため、サポートエンジニアからの返信に最大7営業日かかる場合があります。

との説明があるためしばらく待ってみることにする。
